- That the item you're purchasing will fit through your front door, along any corridors or round tight corners. Each item is listed with dimensions but if you need any further information please contact us.
- That you have carefully checked the photos and condition reports for your items. All of our pieces are second hand and may have signs of wear and tear. Please ensure that you are aware of any potential defects before you make your purchase.
Plese note we cannot provide a refund for delivery costs or cover the cost of any return couriers if you decide not to keep your purchase.
FREE LOCAL FURNITURE DELIVERY
We are in between premises, which means we don't currently have a collection address. Because of this we are offering FREE delivery on all items within the delivery zone below. If you're within this zone, free shipping will be included with your order at the checkout.
Delivery includes one person to help carry furniture inside. If you're unable to help or require an extra person, please let us know by email once you have made your purchase at email@example.com.
UK WIDE DELIVERY
If you're outside of this zone, we can still deliver to you! We can arrange for your item to be shipped to you anywhere in the UK for a delivery cost of £55.
The delivery will be with an external courier. This price includes one person to help carry furniture inside. If you’re unable to help or require an extra person, please let us know by email once you have made your purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be contacted by the courier to arrange a slot for delivery which is usually within 14 days.
Shipping costs will be caluclated at the checkout.
Alternatively - if you would like to arrange your own courier we would be very happy to accommodate. Please get in touch by email to coordinate the collection.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
Refunds and exchanges can be requested within 14 days of you receiving your goods. Please note we cannot cover the cost of return postage, including any furniture courier costs unless you can show there is something wrong with your purchase, or if is not as described in its listing. We also cannot refund the original postage cost.
