  • That the item you're purchasing will fit through your front door, along any corridors or round tight corners. Each item is listed with dimensions but if you need any further information please contact us.
  • That you have carefully checked the photos and condition reports for your items. All of our pieces are second hand and may have signs of wear and tear. Please ensure that you are aware of any potential defects before you make your purchase.

Plese note we cannot provide a refund for delivery costs or cover the cost of any return couriers if you decide not to keep your purchase.


We offer furniture delivery within the local area (within 6 miles of the shop) at the set prices listed below. Check if you're within the delivery area here and then select 'Local Delivery' at the checkout.

Smaller items of furniture (e.g. coffee table, nest of tables, small chests of drawers) £14.99

Larger items of furniture (e.g. sideboard, dining table, bookcase) £19.99


We can arrange delivery across the UK using an external courier for £55. This price includes one person to deliver and help carry furniture inside. You will be contacted by the courier to arrange a slot for delivery which is usually within 14 days. Please select 'UK Wide Delivery' at the checkout.

We post smaller items across the UK using Hermes tracked delivery. We aim to have these with you within 5-7 days of your order. Delivery is priced by item size as listed below.

Small items (candles, tea towels, coffee cups, mugs) £3.99
Medium items (e.g. vases, cushions, lampshades) £4.99


Refunds and exchanges can be requested within 14 days of you receiving your goods. Please note we cannot cover the cost of return postage, including any furniture courier costs unless you can show there is something wrong with your purchase, or if is not as described in its listing. We also cannot refund the original postage cost.
