Delivery During Lockdown
Whilst COVID-19 restrictions are in place we are offering FREE no-contact home deliveries on smaller homeware items to anyone living in London N1, E8 or N16.
Please use code 'LOCALPOST' at the checkout to recieve free delivery within these postcodes.
Furniture delivery will be unavailable until restrictions are lifted. After this point we will be able to arrange delivery of any items bought in the interim.
Outside of these postcodes delivery costs are as follows:
Greetings Cards £0.95
Small items (candles, tea towels, coffee cups, mugs) £2.95
Medium items – e.g. vases, cushions, books, lampshades £4.99
Heavy items - e.g. mirrors, lamps. - £9.99

Deliveries will be organised with an external courier - so prices will vary depending on the item and location.

Health and Safety
We will make deliveries within 6 miles of the shop personally and will be strictly adhering to the social distancing rules. Before delivery we will get in touch to arrange a time that we can leave your item just outside your home or in a safe place for you to collect.
We will wipe down all items before delivery and will deliver wearing protective gloves.
Delivery of smaller items over 6 miles will be wth Royal Mail. You can read about how they're protecting staff and customers here.
Please also expect slighlty slower delivery times as we will be trying to limits trips to the post office.
Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds and exchanges can be requested within 14 days of you receiving your goods. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request your refund. Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, and in any original packaging.
We cannot cover the cost of return postage unless you can show there is something wrong with your purchase. Please get in contact by email to discuss your return.
